If you type "Windows Mobility Center" in the search bar, and also then click Windows Mobility Center, is the volume muted? If you can take a screenswarm of the Windows Mobility Center box, that would certainly be useful.

You can also click on the Notifications icon in the lower right-hand edge of the display screen, and then click on Manage Notifications. Even though I have Windows Mobility Center on my Dell Inspiron, I carry out not gain flashing or notifications for it, and also no separate enattempt appears for it in the Manage Notifications box - but your setup might be different. You can watch if tright here is a line-item for it in the Manage Notifications home window.

Scroll down to the registry settle section, because gpedit isnt installed on Windows 10 Home editions. I ran SFC /Scannow and also it came out clear.  After I ran Scannow, I restarted the computer system and also it"s still very same.

I then tried the Regedit course but ran into this problem (see attached photo).  What did I miss?  The Policies box is pretty empty.  Am I looking in the right place?

CKNOETTG,

Thanks for your help.  I adhered to your attach to TenForums to reset the Mobility Center.  That didn"t occupational.  But as I was reading that page, I spotted a link at the bottom:

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/92301-enable-disable-windows-mobility-center-windows-10-a.html

I went to that link and also downloaded a paper to modify my Regisattempt.  It operated.  I just rebegan my computer and the Windows Mobility Center is not flashing anyeven more.  I don"t recognize if an additional problem was developed but so far, so good.  In retrospect, I shouldn"t have actually downloaded a file from a website I"m not familiar through and also run it without vetting.  I think I"ll run my BitDefender and also Malwarebytes aacquire to view if anypoint hits.

Thanks aget for your aid.  If you (or anyone else) have actually any type of even more comments or suggestions, I"m listening.

Thats weird. They must have relocated it. I tried deleting the HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftMobileCOMPUTER folder (just the MobilePC folder - nopoint else) and also rebeginning the computer system. Windows redeveloped the essential on reboot. This might recollection your Mobility Center positioning. Well see if it gets rid of the flashing actions.
