Windows cannot access 3ds

I'm trying to access my New 3DS's MicroSD card on my computer by means of MicroSD Management. I HAVE done this prior to and also it worked fine, but now it doesn't for some reason. My 3DS mirrors up in my network-related but when I click it, it states "Windows cannot access " in addition to a Diagnose switch (which does nothing). I've check out somepoint around altering the speed/mbps of my router but I have no clue just how to execute that. I've likewise tried turning my firewalls off, to no avail. I really do not desire to take the back off of my 3DS or buy an adapter(?)... help?

If you are on Windows 10, I had to temporarily re-enable SMBv1 in programs and attributes to gain it working, a recent home windows upday disables it by default because it is insecure.

Thank you, this is what the trouble was for me and also your comment assisted me accessibility microSD management on a New3DS.

If anyone else has this difficulty on Win10:

In Windows 10's search bar search for Windows Features

Click Turn home windows functions on or off

Find SMB 1.0/CIFS Data Sharing Support

Expand the Folder

Enable SMB1.0/CIFD Client and SMB1.0/CIFD Server

Click OK and restart

After doing this I was able to connect to the 3DS's microSD management just fine and also move documents roughly.

Also i'm no experienced on this, but you might want to disable these features once you're done relocating documents around, I've heard that SMB 1.0 isn't exceptionally secure or somepoint alengthy those lines, but it looks like it's required, at least temporarily, to obtain this feature functioning on the New3DS via Win10.

I had the exact same difficulty, I installed the 3DS manually. Create a mount3ds.txt containing the following:net use P: yournamemicroSD yourpassword /USER:yourusername /PERSISTENT:NOfor M you deserve to usage any type of unprovided mount volume letteryourname, yourusername, yourpassword are offered on your 3ds screen! rename it to mount3ds.cmd and runto unmount it, develop a second unmount.cmd containing "net usage P: /DELETE" (or whatever before letter you chose) hope it helped! :)

Sounds prefer a trouble with your MocroSD adapter. Maybe attempt reseating it to watch if it functions.
