Hi, As stated in subject line: Document file "X.odt" is locked for editing and enhancing by: unknown user; open up record read-only or open a copy of document for editing and enhancing.OOo 3.1 on Windows XP ProText fileThis only newly began to occur. Sadly did not have actually earlier up copy.This just taken place through this fileHave opened this file 10 times in past with no difficulties. It is an recurring text fileTo make matters worse, all personalities of this "read-only" now look favor this: ##################################################################################################################################################################################################################That is directly from initially few sentences of fileEverypoint has been updated. See in the folder where is the file, you have to watch a #.lockxxxxx file. Delete it to get rid of the alert. The file appears to be corrupted. We have actually had actually a burst of equivalent reports few months earlier however nopoint thereafter. Look at the backup folder if tright here is a copy: The OOo user profile.Good luck.

Sounds negative for the file. If it is much less than 128K and also not private you can attach it right here and also we can look at it.

Files are just locked in the quick access "documents" file in win 10. I replicated the whole docs folder to a removable tough drive and also they have the right to all be opened up from there with no troubles. It appears this is a home windows problem

I also am having actually a problem with a database file that has been locked and is now 2 papers that appear as text documents when opened. Can someone tright here take a look please? Any assist would certainly be appreciated...
