AFAIK, the "locked by unwell-known user" message is only displayed if there is a lock file current in the very same folder as the user"s file. Lock papers not rerelocated prior to upgrading to Windows 10 will certainly cause this message if the user or computer system name transforms (the lock file consists of both names), but it would be highly unusual if every file had a lock file unless the user is in the halittle bit of not cshedding documents correctly.Taking ownership is crucial if file permissions have to be readjusted. Taking ownership does not affect actual pergoals or locking of papers, yet incorrect pergoals would certainly result in an "accessibility denied" message, not a locked file message.

Sometimes I have actually seen a lock file in the root of the OO user profile (alongside the "user" directory); I have actually no definite evaluation of why this is present; it doesn"t constantly occur. At a guess, and also it is simply a guess, it might be something to execute via netoccupational access of an OO file (my significant working files are stored on a NAS server).
Apache 4.1.9 on Xubuntu 20.04.2 (mostly 64 little version) and exceptionally incommonly on Win2K/XP
