Did you install the Samsung PC USB drivers?Without them your phone will not be recognised by your COMPUTER.Downpack to your PC and also install from here:Android USB Driver for WindowsFeb 10, 2015

OK I have installed the SmartSwitch software application... after installation, it says to connect my tool...upon which is claims Unsupported Device.
