Have you tried re-producing the Word normal.dot default template?

What various other software program do you have running when Windows starts? Have you tried disabling every one of your startup items (including AV)?

Does it happen when you begin outlook in safe mode - winword.exe /safe?

Any other error messages? Have you checked the Event Viewer?

I have tested 1) to rebegin the print spooler, however concern will still come back2) I cannot change the default printer to XPS, bereason my user require her USB printer to be default3) I have actually disabled all the add-ins, problem is intermittent, that why I cant really using winword /a to inspect, because eextremely time when I open the doc aget, it deserve to launch without any type of issue
