Open iTunes

-> click "store" in the upper left corner

-> enter your password

-> under "iTunes in the Cloud", click the blue "Manage Devices >"

this worked it said it was installing and downloading my papers and also stuff yet also at the end that an error occured because i have to upday the new software but i have an ipod 4 so it wont let me
