First, many thanks for all the suggestions, its nice to know world will still take the time to assist. 2nd, I heard from HP and they will certainly repair/re-install for free given that its under warranty. Third, I think I am done via BestBuy. If HP will certainly deal with for free, I do not watch why BestBuy will not percreate HP warranty work without charging.
