Hello. Typically this attribute is constructed right into the motherboard and can be managed by the device BIOS. So I would check via your computer system manufacturer. BTW, is this an ASUS computer?
You might attempt this. Go to gadget manager from control panel. Go to "keyboard". Double click the key-board and also you will view a power management tab on the properties window. There are 2 selections tbelow, to wake and power off to save power. Try choosing the power off to conserve energy choice. If it works, perform that via your various other USB gadgets that are remaining on.
XP has various power administration alternatives or possibly your BIOS demands updating to run Victory 7 more successfully. Again, check with the manufacturer.

every little thing that is associated to a USB port remains on once the computer shuts down, like speakers, keyboard, mouse, webcams. their power lights are on. the only method to shut them off is unplug them from the USB ports or revolve the computers power off at its power supply.
Your mechanism is not shuting dvery own, its going into sleep or hibernizationI am clicking "shut down" from the start switch. Isn"t that how you"re expected to shut down the computer?

ultimately uncovered it!!!! i thought for sure it was a bios thing however nope.... i"m utilizing home windows 10 on a asus m4a79xtd evo.

power options

pick what the power butloads do

rotate off fast startup

shut down - the usb"s have to not be powered as soon as it"s off currently.

for those not that familiar with windows 10:

best click the begin button and also select "power options"

in the upper left click "pick what the power butlots do"

at the peak click "change settings that are presently unavailable"

unclick "revolve on fast startup"

then shut it down and also watch all the lights go out.
