CPU Fan rate error detected.

I have actually a Noctua NH-D14. Both fans that it comes with are 3-pin. Because it's not 4-pin I need to change voltage quite than just utilizing PWM.

Not totally sure how to check if it's dead. Will the motherboard still run even if it's dead? I did someexactly how control to install programs and also play a few games without any type of difficulties.
